Celtic Wheel

Some time ago, I did a pattern testing on this pattern. It was deceptively simple sounding – but it has been an awful lot of work. Here’s the top getting the bias tape positioned. You can see the Quilt Police looking on and the scorch marks from making all that bias tape on the ironing board in the background!

It's really pretty - but that's a lot of bias tape!

And then I discovered yesterday that I’d made a mistake weaving somewhere and had to take out some of the basting and re-weave the bias tape. This has been a real lesson in patience but the final product will be well worth it.
