on:Day One went without too much problem – exercise and food-wise that is! I’m amazingly not hungry – don’t know if I’ve finally trained my hunger with the extended fasting or if I’m just too stressed and tired. I’m really looking forward to a good night’s sleep!
Today’s sponsoring emotion: troubled That’s just the major one that occupied most of the day.
Goals
- To lose 25 pounds
- To drop 2 clothing sizes
- To increase my strength
- To firm up my core
Food
Breakfast: warm water with half lemon, organic apple, organic cashew butter (about 1/4c), organic orange, tulsi tea
Lunch: romaine lettuce leaves wrapped around organic turkey breast with organic apple cider vinegar mustard, organic salsa
Dinner: grass-fed bison burger with sauteed mushrooms and zuchinni (in coconut oil)
Activity
I went out for a 2 mile walk at 7am and then did my best not to sit still all day. See the walk on Endomondo. Forgot to wear the monitor while walking this morning but I figure about 2895 steps per mile, so at least 5790 steps today.
